Monitor the patient for 30 minutes after each infusion for signs or symptoms of an infusion-related or hypersensitivity reaction. If an adverse reaction occurs during administration of IMAAVY, the infusion may be slowed or stopped at the discretion of the healthcare professional.1
Out of 113 patients treated with IMAAVY, 12 (11%) experienced infusion-related reactions1
- Most were mild to moderate
- Majority occurred within 2 days of administration
- One patient experienced an infusion-related reaction (back pain) that required discontinuation of IMAAVY
Nine patients (8%) experienced hypersensitivity reactions1
- Reactions were mild or moderate
- 76% of hypersensitivity reactions occurred within 2 weeks of administration
